Bash

An extension to the bash script I wrote as part of my TM129 Operating System activities. I loved the experience with the bash script and intend to create a simple GUI so the user can select which folders they would like to back up as well as the date format.

Python

I plan to create a programme that opens a PDF, searches through the PDF for distinguishable text, and then searches a SQL database to pull back a list of appropriate financial codes associated with that pdf. The program should allow the user to select an appropriate code, and the financial code should be written to the PDF. The programme will then save the PDF according to a specific structure – Company – Invoice Number – Financial Code.
